<VV> Fuel dripping...

  Hi:

  Looking atop the (1964 style) primary carburetor, while revving the car, I see large 
  amount of fuel dripping down the intake (under the venturi cluster). The other 
  three carbs are perfectly fine. 

  BTW, the two distinct streams of fuel are present (when revving) in all carbs. 

  Is this float related? needle stuck? float set too low?....what could cause this?
