We have the same problem in Missouri (missery),
What equipment did you wind up with for HVAC ?
I'm just finishing up construction on the most expensive garage in KCMO.
36'x22' , 4 cars on floor , 9' ceilings, 2-16' doors, 220V 40A service.
I'm using pallet racks for parts storage...

Well, here in Delaware, we have the heat AND the cold! And with the heat, comes LOTS of humidity. Sometimes my garage floor sweats when I open the doors.
