<VV> golden anniversary

The Illinois Secretary of State Antique Auto Show featured the Corvair at 
its 2000 show as the Corvair celebrated it's 40th anniversary.   We had 
Corvairs from all over the state attend, it was great.

Adding 10 to 40 and 2000  makes it 2010 for the 50th.

who am I to argue with the DMV ? (in Illinois, SOS is the DMV)   GGG
