<VV> question about my question marks (No Corvair)

Anyone here have any idea why when something I've posted lately comes through 
(at least in my digests) with all these question marks that I didn't put in 
it?  (that last question mark I DID put in, BTW)  
 
Maybe it has something to do with posting while accessing AOL through my new 
verizon DSL.  To post this, I have reverted to mere dial-up and AOL.
 
Just curious hoping to remedy the problem.
