my building is pole barn construction , all steel , with 6 or 8 inches of  
insulation , depending on where it is,  i have attic trusses so a nice  upstairs 
also.it is cheaper to build , and a different tax hit than a  conventional 
building. the secret to it is a darn good concrete guy(perfect  floor with no 
cracks!), and spend the money for a good epoxy floor surface that  will stay.  
next to make maximum use of space...i will be busy a  while!  my loong time 
dream is finally coming true , slow but  sure.   today it saw 4 corvairs in it 
for the first time. they are now  home. the total size is 30 X 44. the upstairs 
makes it a castle.
