Are your sure its the spokes?  They usually rattle instead of squeek.  Since the wheel covers lap over the edge of the rim, they can also rub the tire and squeek.  This can be checked while the car is sitting still by seeing if there is clearance between the wheelcover and the tire at the 6 o'clock position.  Are the clips that hold the cover to the rim in good shpe; not bent or worn out?  You might also check the little screws that hold the spinner and center plate to make sure they are tight or not broken off.
