Ah HAH!   Somebody gets it!     Efficiency is the word.

By the way:   I'm of the opinion that with some dedication and 
attention, it's not beyond reason that it could be done with less 
than one horsepower IF all the options were exploited, such as taking 
advantage of every trick available.
