Well, I does not work EVERY time (I never tried the upside down thing and
don't think I will) but the rev the engine and cup the hand over the carb
has not failed me yet. Not that it is common (everything is clean in the
fuel system), but it DID happen on a prior Vair a few times - until I fixed
it RIGHT!
