<VV> Corsa stink

Hi guys,
 
Sorry to come in at the tail end of something that clearly has been  
addressed but.......  My wife always says the same thing.  That car  stinks.  Why does 
my '66 Corsa 140/4 stink of fuel when I shut it  down?  If you like you can 
just send me the link to the article.  I  don't have any other access to it.  
Thanks very much.  We were out in  it today cruising the Litchfield Hills with 
our 9 month old son in the  back.  No CO2 to worry about but the fuel smell is 
kind of a drag.
