<VV> Need a little help!

I have a '65 Corsa with the 140 engine.  It has about 600 miles on a  
complete rebuild by a corvair guy in Indy a couple of years ago.  It has  new carbs 
all around, a Pertronic II ignition, new plug wires and coil.  My  problem - 
after tooling around for about a half hour, the car starts to buck and  stall.  
Up to that time it runs strong.  After it stalls, it will  start after two or 
three tries but will only go a couple of blocks before  it stalls again.  Any 
ideas?
