Just a thought that others have no doubt had before me.

     1.  Offer the CC optionally at first class mail...with a corresponding
increase in the person's dues to cover the difference...plus perhaps even a
few cents more an issue for "handling".

     2.  A PDF copy available on the 20th of each month in case the mail is
realllllllllly slow.  (not sure how much it would cost CORSA to do it each
month though.  Maybe prohibitive)

Its a heck of a fine magazine and receipt is looked forward to....Especially
the tech information.  Those of us who are newcomers to the corvair hobby
really need to catch up with the rest of you on tech stuff.
