<VV> New Wiring Harness Woes

Phil,
What I have seen with these repro harnesses is that some of the wires get 
crossed during the production process and that is where the problems arise. 
I have discussed this with the manufacturer in CA many times anbd all they 
say is they are sorry for the mistake.
