Flash!   The rigs off the coast are basically shut down...just a triclkle to 
keep the permits active....and obviously you never drove north 30 miles to 
Gaviota?   What's that ALL METAL thing next to Hwy 101......or the ships anchored 
just off the coast [ underwater connection]

I say it's no Election BS...it's "what ever the market will bear".....and 
they've broke the nation's back this time....time will tell if they jump right 
back up after Nov.
