<VV> Larry's Corvair Parts Needs Help !

I believe this is/could still be an issue. The concours organizers rely on  
the honesty of the participants in regard to the trailer issue. I'd like to  
believe that this system works most of the time. I'm not sure it's totally fair  
to penalize the out of towners for trailering while the locals only have to  
drive a few miles, yet still others drive their cars hundreds of miles. That  
said I don't have any ideas for a better system. I also don't want to start 
the  trailer versus drive it discussion either.
 
They're just too much fun not to drive 'em,
