Dayton charge currently 450 per wheel to restore (over 500 with 
shipping).  If you want show wheels it either makes sense to get some 
really bad ones (restores include new spokes and rim straightening or 
replacement) cheap, or already restored one.  If you want them on a 
driver, decent ones can be found.  These are the prices I have seen recently:

1) really bad   1,000 a set
2) driver 2-3000
3) show 4-7000

It is important to get everything for a show car, which is almost 
rarer than the wheels (correct hammer, spare tire mounting piece).
