It is held near the big town of DeWitt in Dinwiddie County, VA. And
yes, there are no tire restictions. I was running new 185/70R13's and it
was like I was driving a PG with no transmission fluid, slipped the
whole course. I wanted FOUR snow tires. Maybe even studs.
