  I know the closest size tire to stock is 185/80/13 
  (with overall tire height of 24.65) 

  Ironically, the tire size you've selected 215/45/17 has an overall height of 24.62 ! 
  almost stock height ! do you know the offset on these wheels?

Just got Sheila's 66 Monza Coupe finished......ok, they are never finished....I know....but it is ready for road tripping now.
  The 17 inch wheels look better than the pics ...I used Riken Raptor 215/45/17's....on 8 inch rims....no clearance issues at all....go figure?
  Anyway if you want a peek here's where you can see some pictures of it.

If you have been to any events in Iowa you may have met Sheila....if not.....tis a shame.
