Try using cyclo brand BREAK AWAY. I used it on a broken head bolt in my son's car. I sprayed it on and let it set while I ground a couple of nuts down to try to lock together on the part of the bolt that was sticking up. While grinding, my son came down and told me to stop. His friend had taken it out by hand!! Greg
