<VV> Bad Break Problem fixed - corvair connection maybe

Funny, you're not the only one with a non-Corvair brake issue.  I was 
chasing an apparent sticking caliper on my neon.  New caliper didn't do 
it, cleaning the rails up didn't either.  Lucky for me I read VV, and 
had read the replies to folks who had a brake problem, replacing the 
hose did the trick.
