Christine was built the second week of September 1965 (09B) and the VIN
is 105676W100244.  Don't remember the exact Fisher body number, but it's
lower than 244.  There's no heater box in the rear plenum.  

Maybe this will help the pure, bone-stock folks...

 I owned the 44th car built in '66, a Monza vert., 
which still exists. It did not have the box. Dave
Trull has an even lower number like 23. No box on that
one either.
