familiar with the Tesla and it is really cool technology...except for the electrics, designed and built for them by Lotus...$80K - $120K is a little steep for me as is the $20K cost to replace the battery pack after 500 cycles...which they say is 100Kmiles but I have my doubts if the car is running alot of accessories like AC, but I'm sure that there are many in Southern CA that can afford it.
