NAPA has refills to fit nearly any blade, including those small ones for cars with chopped tops (and short windshields). They may not have them in stock, but can get them for you within the day in most cases.
With many wiper blades (not the refill part--the steel that holds the rubber blade) the metal will fatigue over time, and won't press the rubber part of the blade against the window with the proper force to wipe the glass clean, especially at highway speeds. This happens with less frequency with our original Trico made blade holders ---they were built to last forever--it's much more common with the replacement blades on modern vehicles.
BTW, Steele Rubber does NOT manufacture or stock wiper blade refills.
If one is stymied by unavailability, and the blood rushes from the head at the prospect of spending a few dollars more, well
there's nothing like watching the guy with the 140,000.00 motor coach searching thru the radiator hoses in the parts store, trying to "engineer" a new drain for his sink or shower. He's got the money to buy the thing and put 500.00 bucks worth of diesel in it for a fill-up, but the correct part for the job? no chance. It's a hoot.
