Of course - The "Communiqué" as we know it, started monthly publication the 
year (after) we "formalized" CORSA at the 1978 CORSA Convention in San 
Diego.

I was a member of the board at the time when I lived in New York. There had 
been another CORSA board member, also named Charles Lee, who was from Texas 
at the time.)

The early years were fun, and a lot of work to put out the "Communiqué," 
most of it done by Tony Fiore in that regard.  He worked tirelessly on the 
magazine to get it mailed on time.

If the magazine has been monthly back then, well ..., Tony would have worked 
4 times as hard.
