I agree that the suspension and engine compartment look like someone paid  
someone to do a lot of work--and it probably runs well.   The AM/FM  radio is 
also a nice extra.  But look at the bubbling around the wheel well  trim on the 
left rear and the wavy rear quarters on both sides.  It looks  like a decent 
convertible had a lot of mechanical work done and a decent paint  job over a 
lot of bondo.
