Chuck, I don't think that I was unfair. It is a 110 PG car with the wrong
interior, wrong rocker trim, AM radio and a Corsarized cove area. What is
the yellowish color underneath? The top does not fit correctly, nor does
portions of the interior. It is a pretty average car with fresh paint
(Maaco?). The wheel covers (the ones you can see close) seem OK and they
are probably worth a few bucks. Chuck, As DV's owner/caretaker, I know your
eye for detail is better than that.
I agree that it is clean underneath and shows well in that respect - except
the yellow part. The color, Re(sale) Red, is why you want me to boost my
estimate. Oh, nice touch - the red in the Monza crosses. Let's see what it
goes for. If it sells, I'll bet you TWO BEERS (or is it Vodka Tonic?) in
Detroit that the price will be under $7,000.
Later, JR
