I think I would be a little paranoid about those designators. Sounds like
someone in the government is preparing to levy a "special" tax.

As far as the Fiero goes, it's too bad it isn't a GT. Neat car none the
less. Collectible... I'm sure, antique.... aren't we all, eventually.
