hi,guys,,sorry to bother you..the 65 Monza I got last year (gutted) is now close to being driveable,reg'd/ins'd,110/4sp runs...I've located an s10 fusebox thru the firewall above the rear shelf and have a few wires in the bulkhead connecter,  and the alt field brown wire is next ;; upgraded the alt to 85 internal reg,and on the s10 harness the brown wire 't's off to the EFE relay...I'm not sure how this affects the alt field circuit,s10 wiring book doesn't explain..I was thinking of using the relay to power the elec fuelpump,and connecting the brown wire to an inline dashbulb/194 socket fed by ign hot for field...would I also need to put a diode in at the alt to stop it from back-feeding when shut off ? what effect would using a 194 bulb instead of the 164 have on alt output?..thanks,off-line replies welcome..Tom Z..//
