<VV> hot fuel pump

If he wants to leave the old mechanical pump in place, he should either
remove the actuator rod inside it (this will keep it from pumping air), or
just leave the gas lines hooked up to the mechanical pump. The electric pump
will pump gas straight through the mechanical pump.
