David still carries rebuild parts for his pumps, so don't toss it (but 
you can send it to me if it's in your way... I'd rather have one of his 
pumps rebuilt than a new one from anywhere else.)

I do understand that at the high point of the pump failures (15 yrs or 
so) his pumps failed as well (and in fact were said to have an extremely 
high failure rate) but I've only been using his pumps for about 12 
years... no issues at all.

To be fair to Lon, I've not had a failure from him in over 6 years and 
he also stands behind his pumps.

Things sure are better than they were...
