IN my short mambership , I have seen a lot of discussion about fuel pumps, this week. I went thru about every pump my local supplier could get his hands on. Finally , I figured I had,had enough.
I chose the old Bendix electric pump because I feel Coevair carbs are sensitive to fuel pressure. The bendix pump is only good for about 3psi . IT is a 1 wire pump [ very easy to install ], and virtually indestructable. I don't know if they still make them , but, they are everywhere . They have been used on street rods since the 50's . I got one out of a pile of junk brhind a buddy's shop one time, hooked it up, ... and used it for several years. THEY are on E-bay! IT looks like a orange juice can, with a wire out of the side . THIS pump is cheap , and will do a nice job, unless you are racing , then a HI-DOLLAR Holley w/ regulator is the way to go.

                                                                               Isaac Bros. Racing
                                                                                1965 Corsa 140
                                                                                  1967 Monza
                                                                                   1968 CORVAIR POWERED Hydroplane
