You might want to check CLOSER on those type policies!  What YOU and your 
agent agreed upon...is meaningless unless you have a "Certified Appraisal"  and a 
document showing " AGREED VALUE"......that 's the MAX they will pay for your 
loss.....but not the MINIMUM!!
