<VV> Rims and Other Things

Happy Thanksgiving...From Canada,
First of all, many thanks to all who responded on and off line regarding 
the 'Big Rims' question.  Consensus was that with the 4" backspacing, 
they would work  As it turns out I will probably trade my 15 by 8" rims 
to a local club member for a pair of 7". He needs them for a big engined 
'68 Chevelle and I'm more comfortable with the smaller ones anyway. The 
responses were most helpful.  Another question.  What is the 
compatability of parts between a 1960 and a 1961.  Seems I've seen on VV 
that the 60 is a breed unto itself.  Do major components match up? Is it 
in details and small items that they vary?  Any 'general' answer would help.
