Cheap China crap!
Also using too small a pin. I have never had one to fail but I replace them 
and the nuts with new ones if anything looks bad. Also I do this anytime I 
have it apart. I bought a big box of the 11/16" castillated nuts and the 
correct size pins.
I NEVER use "ULTRA" parts here!
I have more than once found small nails used here along with pieces of wire.
