A couple things:
First, without backspace info nobody can really answer the question -
7" wide Camaro wheels generally are around 4" of BS, but the 8" variety
had a couple different dimensions. You need to get out a ruler and
measure. See my tires page for what to measure if you're not sure.
Second, a lot of folks will tell you the combo "fits". To me, "fits"
means you may have to buy different lug nuts. To others "fits" means
you have to do some amount of trimming of the fender lip. What are you
willing to accept?
Finally, you need to tell us if the car is lowered.
