<VV> FC Powerglide 3.27 axle

A friend of mine had a '64 110 Powerglide Corvan with 3.27 running around
Calgary (~3000 ft altitude) many years ago, and it was actually very
pleasant and seemed OK overall. I have reservations about this ratio if
wind, hills or high altitude are factors for you, but it seemed fine for a
light FC just bombing around the city/freeways, it was no ball of fire but
ran great in the middle speed ranges from 35-55 mph especially. Compared to
any 80HP FC it was a dragster, of course...
