<VV> Sealing solution for YH carbs

Just FYI, I have finally developed a good shaft sealing solution for our YH
carburetors. I am offering this on my YH rebuilds, or can seal yours for
$10 if you send me your throttle body. (This is not a simple DIY fix). I
have new replacement shafts available, but they are a hefty $25 (I know how
thrifty many of us are) and require an ugly screw to be installed in the
end of the throttle lever.
