Hey, lately had to replace the magic stick(s)  that helps lift and control
the hatchback on our EEEEgle Talon ( mitsu) ... they don[t cost as much as I
thought they would, and maybe that would be real cool on an engine cover
....  maybe there is one somewhere that is short enough.   Just a thought
...
.....or how about the standard slider/slot bar that holds the engine bay
cover up on a car vair?  maybe trim a few inches off both ends ...  should
be a lot of them from JY Supply.
