I agree with RonH 100%.  I used to eagerly sit at my computer watching the
price for something I wanted climb over what I was willing to pay in the
last minute or so.  I would get mad and frustrated.  Now, I determine what
the thing is worth to me and put in my maximum.  I get edged out on most
items.  So what?  The same thing will be on eBay tomorrow in another
auction.  If someone else is willing to pay too much for something, they get
what they deserve!
What is crazy to me is people pay more for something on eBay than they can
buy it new from our vendors!  Or some fool will pay $40 for a box of AC
spark plugs when they can go to any Auto Zone store and buy Bosch plugs for
99 cents each!  It's a crazy world out there!
