is there a cast wedge screwed between the door and body on the body like an 
early? this should keep the gap (well at least how far it can close up) even on 
a bad body?
could a rocker be opened at the rear and a large (3 or 4 inch) pipe inserted 
up to the front and welded at 2 points? i think i heard about one done like 
that.
my arm hurts from reading this one..
