<VV> 63 to 64 Sway Bar swap

The '64 diff is unique, it has a groove cast in it to accomodate the
placement of the transverse leaf spring. I don't think the control arms are
unique to '64, if I recall correctly the hardware for locating the leaf
spring mounts through holes in the control arms.

I would imagine the attachment hardware is just larger...use the 64 pieces.
