#309 is for sale in NW New Jersey.  I just went over it thoroughly and  also 
drove it.  Did not buy it.  If anyone is looking for one and  considering this 
one, I can provide detailed condition of this unit.  It is  cheap and 
basically sound, but if you expect your Ultra to look and run right,  be ready to put 
the hours and money into it.
