Welcome to the Club. Getting caught up in this 'Corvair thing' goes by 
different names and wives usually describe it in even more colorful ways 
but 'addiction' comes close.  Given the variety of models over the 10 
year production its easy to envision a whole stable all your own. I for 
one have settled on an early Spyder convertible, a late Monza Coupe with 
PG and still covet an early Coupe.....but a Lakewood would be 
interesting and these FC guys are sure adament about its virtues.  It 
sure is fun to dream and plan and to watch what others have done and to 
get the help and advise that comes via VV... and to have helpful Vendors 
who can meet most of your needs.   Hope you find a nearby club...or 
start your own.  Good luck!
