a) not a good idea to start/run any more until figure out what the problem 
is. Use drill to run pump and troubleshoot. If blocked, pressure at sender 
will go through roof
b) relief valve jammed open would result in little pressure at sender but 
should be some.

First place to check is a gauge at the sender.
