<VV> no oil to heads

there could be 2 things I think you should check...........
First, check to see that the small oil holes are visible at the rocker  arms( 
the off center ones).......next, take out one of the push rods and soak it  
in laquer thinner for half an hour or so.....shake it up while soaking to try 
to  remove gunked up oil.....next,try to blow through it in the small hole at 
the  top. if still clogged up, soak for a longer time and continue to shake at  
intervals.....it should clean out after a while....make sure that the hole at 
 the center end goes in the lifter and the off center hole goes in the tappet 
 when re-assembling.... I have had push rods completely clogged from caked up
