No, but the lower and upper control arms are-
You can reduce the positive caster setting at the strut by readjusting the
nuts around the bushing, and move the wheel back, until you have the
clearance you need if you'd like more- if you find caster is inadequate with
the strut length reduced, shimming the forward upper control arm bolt like
earlies and most body on frame cars use will add positive caster to bring it
back up to where you like.
I generally like about +3.5to+4 degrees positive caster on radial ply tires
but with wide tires less might do. Err higher on the passenger side wheel
(by about 1/3 a degree) to add some resistance to drifting rightwards off
the road crown if you like.
