215/65-15 is too big of a tire. Try a 225/50-15 or 215/55-15. I run 
215/60-14 on the front and had to roll the fender lip (not enough 
offset). A 215/65-15 would be significantly larger. I have found the 
215/60-14 to provide a reasonably accurate reading on the speedometer 
and odometer (no matter what some people say about tire diameter).
