<VV> rear lights stopped working

Bad (no) ground.  Need to remove some paint.  The lights have to ground 
through the body.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.

I had my engine compartment painted by a local paint shop last fall before I 
put my 65 ,110 PG away for the winter. I took it out of winter storage this 
morning and noticed that none of the rear lights work. Any Suggestions?
