<VV> Turbo Pressure Retard/Advance

Has anyone documented their gas mileage improvements using the Dale's vacuum 
advance/pressure retard on a turbo engine? What is your impression of this 
unit?
Is there any problems with it on a stock 180 Turbo? Is there any performance 
issues?
Can someone give me a specific part, part number or a car that uses  a vacuum 
solenoid that can still be purchased at a local parts house.
