<VV> Deprived young folks

Smitty says:  night before last some young folks too stupid to become computer hackers drove thorough the Tidewater streets shooting car windows.  By afternoon 250 reports had been made by car owners.  Last night they shot another 50.  The wagon was one that got hit.  It appears that because of the vinyl film on the windows that they didn't cave in or show any damage, which must have irritated them so they shot two more.  I have been lucky enough to locate the needed glass which included the ultra rare hatch glass.  My God is a loving God and he surely loves a sinner, because he is protecting the miscreants in their anonymity (so far).
