Joel - I think the Clarks Otto Parts Catalog covers the changeover. Also  the 
How to HotRod Corvair engines speaks to it.Generally you have to decide, and  
the layout of the car may dictate it to you, whether to run a regular or 
reverse  rotation motor. This is dependent on the differential set-up and the year 
of the  VW (Some VW diffs can be reversed, some cannot). The actual 
adaptation usually  involves an adapter plate (replacing the Corvair bellhousing) a 
flywheel (like  the one you mentioned) and a VW or Dune Buggy Clutch and a 
Starter adapter  of some type. If the motor is to be reversed, the cam and the 
distributor drive  gear must be replaced. - Seth
